DGL Blanket Conditioner
Application:

Arcal DGL Blanket Conditioner is a special blend of solvents, rubber rejuvenators and cleaners, formulated to open up hardened glaze, blocked pores and remove gum glaze, for oil base and moisture set inks. The rubber rejuvenator in DGL conditions the blanket and roller, reduces rubber oxidation and increases blanket and roller life.

  • Flash point: 120' F
  • Solubility in Water: 25%
Directions:

Rollers: Apply with clean cloth saturated with DGL, then wipe with a dry cloth.

If press is equipped with automatic wash-up device, apply DGL to the top roller and allow solvent to circulate throughout the entire roller system before applying squeegee.

Blankets: Wash blankets with cloth saturated with DGL. Wipe clean with dry cloth.
