Double-T-Release

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: An all-weather, non-staining release agent for easy, void-free, and smooth release of concrete. Yields high quality of architectural precast finishes. Double-T-Relase produces high temperature resistant, corrosion inhibition of steel forms, with no powdery residue. Coverage: approximately 2,500 - 3,000 sq. ft./gal.

AREA OF APPLICATION: Apply Double-T-Relase by brush, roller, sprayer, lightly oiled mop or by fogger on steel, sealed concrete and wood forms, fiberglass, plexiglas or other synthetic forms. For the ultimate in positively void-free snow-white smooth castings. Gives a soft marble-like appearance, and can also be used on gray cement.

DIRECTIONS: Remove any oil or grease residues from prior use of other release agents. Apply Double-T-Release on the forms to cover about 3,000 sq. ft./gal.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Two years from manufacturing date in closed original container.

TECHNICAL DATA: Appearance and odor: clear in color. Specific gravity between 0.80 – 0.84. Flash point: 105° F. Solubility in water: insoluble.

Be sure not to over apply! Let dry for approximately 10-15 minutes. Place concrete mix and strip panels after adequate curing.

PACKAGING: Five gallon steel pails; 55 gallon plastic drums.

SAFETY: Keep away from all sources of heat, sparks or flames. Store in cool dry area.
