Directions: FIRST mix 2 gallons of Equip-Protect Concentrate with 53 gallons of No.2 Fuel Oil or Kerosene, to make a 55 gallon drum. Testing an area is recommended to ensure product compatibility. Hose down the concrete and mortar residue from equipment with water at the end of the work period. Spray EQUIP PROTECT onto dry surface, then allow to dry for at least 10-20 minutes. Equipment is ready after drying time is completed. Note that regular application of this product will help keep trucks and equipment completely free of concrete deposits.

Equip Protect Concentrate is a liquid that acts chemically to prevent bonding of concrete or plaster after diluting by volume, one part Equip-Protect Concentrate with 26 ½ parts of No. 2 Fuel Oil or Kerosene. This product leaves a film of chemicals which reacts with the alkalinity of the cement and forms a barrier between the surface being treated and the concrete. Hence, no build-up. Moreover, EQUIP PROTECT will not interfere with the setting of cement. It is safe, easy to use, and does not contain silicone. Coverage: approximately 2,500 sq. ft./gal.

AREA OF APPLICATION:

EQUIP PROTECT can be applied by sprayer and can safely be used on concrete trucks and equipment such as concrete mixers, pavers, hoist buckets, power trowels truck pans, wheelbarrows, chutes, conveyors and other types of equipment . Other applications include aluminum windows, frames, glass, floors and other parts and areas subject to spattering with cement or plaster.
