Print Cleaner R-105

Area of Application:

Arcal Print Cleaner R-105 is a special blend of solvents formulated to open up hardened glaze, blocked pores and remove gum glaze, for oil base and moisture set inks. Print Cleaner R-105 has a chemical component that acts fast and has deep penetration. conditions the blanket and roller, reduces rubber oxidation and increases blanket and roller life.

• Composition: Aromatic & Chlorinated hydrocarbons
• Specific Gravity: 1.08
• Flash point: 130'F
• Solubility in Water: Negligible

Directions:

Rollers: Apply with clean cloth saturated with Print Cleaner R-105, then wipe with a dry cloth.

If press is equipped with automatic wash-up device, apply Print Cleaner R-105 to the top roller and allow solvent to circulate throughout the entire roller system before applying squeegee.

Blankets: Wash blankets with cloth saturated with Print Cleaner R-105. Wipe clean with dry cloth.
