Uni-Clean 88

Area of Application: A remarkable phosphate-free, water dilutable, heavy-duty all-purpose alkaline detergent that can be used anything from cleaning and stripping floors to degreasing heavy equipment. Uni-Clean 88 has grease cutting surfactants and penetrants and anti-soil deposition agents: it effectively degreases and cleans a variety of surfaces and equipment without etching them. Excellent for the removal of soot and smoke, as well as light oil.

Uni-Clean 88 should be diluted with hot or cold water before use.

Directions

Light duty cleaning: Dilute 1 part Uni-Clean 88 with up to 10 parts water.
Medium duty cleaning: Dilute 1 part Uni-Clean 88 with up to 5 to10 parts water.
Heavy duty cleaning: Dilute 1 part Uni-Clean 88 with up to 5 parts water.
Extra heavy duty cleaning: Dilute 1 part Uni-Clean 88 with up to 2 to 3 parts water.
Apply diluted solution to the surface by brush or automatic feeder-sprayer. Leave it on the surface for about 3 - 5 minutes or through the normal automatic cleaning cycle if applicable.
Brush or scrub, then rinse or allow to pass through automatic cycle.
Repeat application, or increase contact time or concentration, if necessary.
